The Lake Keowee area is alive with excitement as everyone prepares their living spaces, be it back deck or indoor man cave, for full-blown college football. Our Clemson Tigers will be on the road to take on longtime rivals Georgia in the dome in Atlanta (seems like an unfair advantage for Georgia, kinda like that neutral Clemson v Carolina baseball game in Columbia). This time of the year marks a bit of a turning point as folks spend a bit more time on fall-type activities and a bit less time on summertime-like distractions.

This change hasn’t stopped folks from buying and selling Lake Keowee waterfront real estate as we’ve been able to close on just shy of one million dollars’ worth of it over the past week. We’ve also been able to put $2M in Lake Keowee property under contract. It’d be nice to keep up that pace, and we’re going to try and do exactly that. Broken record time; we need your help.
