Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Feels Great!
Around Lake Keowee the mornings have been nice and cool while warming up nicely in the afternoons to the high 70’s to low 80’s. Perfect weather for enjoying the outdoors. That’s the great thing about our Lake Keowee area, long spring and fall with excellent weather. Now with Labor Day behind us we start looking forward to the leaves changing and the weather dipping to the point where you can enjoy a big bonfire in the fire pit.
Another successful week last week as we were able to close over $2M in Lake Keowee waterfront property. We’ll be putting another excellent Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market no later than this weekend. We’re always striving to get the little things done that inevitably lead to the big things. Focus on the fundamentals and everything else will take care of itself.
As always, we need you on the team! Without buyers and sellers, we are out of business. If you are thinking it may be time to let your special Keowee place go, we can help. If you are looking for that special Keowee place, we can help. Let us!
You can help us do more of what we do. List your Lake Keowee real estate with us (and our 36 years of experience – 70 years combined). We’ll help lessen the blow of leaving ownership on Lake Keowee behind by making sure your pockets are full!

- The buyers will only purchase if and when they get new financing. Assuming they have already been prequalified, this can still mean an excellent offer.
- The buyers will only purchase if and when Great-Aunt Ethel’s inheritance comes through. Forget it!
Your goal is to let as few of the buyer’s contingency clauses as possible into the agreement and to limit the ones you do allow by time and performance.
You need to decide if any contingencies are reasonable, whether they negate the value of the offer, and if you can live with them.
If not, you should proceed with a counteroffer.
