Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Feeling the Chill
That’s right, looks like it’s going to be down-right fall-like this coming weekend. Thank goodness as the next couple of days will be right back up into the 90’s. After sitting in Clemson on Saturday for the game I’ll be ready for the cool down. I think we in the Lake Keowee area got a bit spoiled by the cooler temperatures a week or so back as the first two Clemson football weekends were extremely pleasant. We are seeing more and more leaves beginning to tumble from the trees and I think we’ll actually really begin to believe on Saturday that the seasonal change is taking over in earnest.
Business continues as we are working on closing several properties over the next couple of weeks. Bringing in the “summer crop”, as it were. That doesn’t mean we weren’t also planting the fall crop as we are well aware that you reap what you sow! We were able to put two lots under contract just last wee!. We’re seeing a good push in Cliffs properties recently as we currently have three of those bad boys under contract. There was another lot liquidation sale last weekend, continuing the trend of adding too many lots to the market, at least for our way of thinking. We continue to see downward pressure on lot price as the inventory remains high. We expect that will be one of the last. If you are in the market for a Lake Keowee waterfront lot, now is an excellent time to do more than look around!
We’ll keep chugging along and you guys do likewise. Should you know someone who has a need for help with Lake Keowee real estate whether buying or selling, you know who to call.
