It’s here, Christmas 2025! Time to spend quality time with the family before they all head in different directions again. We here at Top Guns Realty hope you have a fantastic holiday season and get everything you want for Christmas.

It was a good week for us as we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and are working on getting another one under contract as well. That will make a nice Christmas for all folks involved. It could have been you, that Keowee property deed in your stocking would be much better than an electric razor. Make it happen in 2026! There’s still time before the temperatures start getting back up (save Christmas day when it’ll be 75 degrees – a great day to get out on the water!).

We’ll be in and out of the office between now and the end of the year so if you want to talk about real estate on Lake Keowee, listing or buying we’ll be around (not Christmas day or New Year’s Day). It’s not too early to get a jump on the 2026 market. Weird to hear 2026, seems like 2025 was a blur of crazy activity. Hopefully, 2026 will calm down into somewhat of a normal year.
