Lake Keowee Expert Blog Oh, My My
It certainly is something to see that these familiar, beautiful, long, warm and sunny days are back! The season is upon us, the kids are on their last month of school and summer will be here before we know it. Buyers are scrambling to find that perfect Lake Keowee home or lot so they can enjoy the lake as soon as humanly possible. It doesn’t hurt that the interest rates are still at historic lows.
We’re running around getting everything done from listing new properties and shooting new videos to conducting multiple buyer tours. These are the days you dream of in the middle of a recession. If you’re selling, make sure your property looks as good as it can. Take some extra time to go online and see what the competition is looking like and how are they priced? Think of it this way: if you were a buyer would you buy yours or theirs? A lot of times folks have their properties priced at what they’d like to get for it and not what the market is telling them they can get for it. Make sure you’re not falling into that trap, it just leads to too much frustration.
We just added a beautiful new, unrestricted home to our inventory. It’s located on the northern end of Lake Keowee and has no association fees. The house is very low maintenance and has an easy slope down to the water. Check it out at 198 Jocassee Pt. Rd., and if that one doesn’t work for you check out the others that are available here at LakeKeoweeRealEstateExpert.com! Happy hunting!
When your home is listed in the Multiple Listing Service, many agents may be showing it to various buyers and actually helping to get it sold.
With the many roles that agents play – seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, dual agent, transaction brokers, etc. – it’s sometimes hart to keep straight exactly who is working for whom.
Make sure you know who is represented by any agent presenting the offer.
Your seller’s agent is bound by fiduciary responsibility to you. Never tip your hand to reveal your bottom line to anyone who is not.
