Keowee Expert Blog 4th Quarter?
Can you believe it’s already October around Lake Keowee (and pretty much everywhere else, too)? It’s tough for us to grasp, especially when you walk outside and it’s still in the 90’s. It’ll be quite a while before the water temperatures are down low enough to not want to get in the water, especially if you are one of my kids.
The extended summer has helped to keep people engaged in buying and selling Lake Keowee property as we were able to do some more really good business over the week getting 2 houses and a lot under contract with hopefully one more lot soon to get sold (heck, for that matter hopefully a lot more lots and homes to get sold – but one in particular has a really good chance over the next day or so).
We’re expecting to see some fall colors soon as some leaves have begun dropping though most likely because of the drought conditions we’ve had for the past several weeks. If you’ll remember we had too many weeks of almost non-stop rain at the beginning of the year so I guess this is evening things out. How about just normal amounts of rain and sun most (all) of the time? Is that an option?
When it comes to buying and selling on and around Lake Keowee we bring the most experience to the table. If we’re not already helping you to buy or sell and you are looking to, give us a call, text or email!

First Friday walks, full moon hikes, yoga, children’s activities and open houses will all be offered at the Botanical Garden this fall.
