Keowee Expert Blog Height of the Market
It’s on like Genghis Khan on Lake Keowee! Over the next week or so we will see the highest level of activity in Lake Keowee real estate for the entire year. 2020 has been a very difficult year for many and it has pushed quite a few people to want to purchase real estate on Lake Keowee. And they’ve done just that. All of the numbers are strong as we continue to put lots and homes under contract. Over the past week we wrote up offers on 3 houses and 3 lots. Only one of the houses worked out, but all 3 of the lots did. We expect to continue this torrid pace for the next few weeks at least. Then things will begin to slow down steadily to a bottoming out in January/February of 2021. Hopefully, we’ll be through Covid-19 by then and we can have a boring year. Knock wood! We are looking for sellers! Have you been thinking, “when would be a good time to sell my Lake Keowee real estate?” Allow mw to answer that…NOW. Let us help you do exactly that. Call, email or come by the office. We’ll get out to take a look at your property and let you know what the going rate is and how to improve its sell-ability. We’re always looking for buyers. There are plenty of good lot deals on the market currently. Don’t just believe me; come take a look for yourself!
