Happy 4th of July!
You know the nice thing about having July 4th on Wednesday is you get a 2 weekend holiday; the previous and the post. It means continual fireworks and watermelon for like 9 days. Oooohh’s and Ahhh’s all galore. Still makes me feel like a kid.
The family and I will be heading over to the Cliffs at Keowee Falls for their festivities. Always good food and a killer fireworks show. Getting hungry already! Hopefully you have big plans, too, but if not, there are lots of great things to do around Lake Keowee to celebrate. Join us!
It’s also a very busy real estate week. We closed LOTS of real estate over the past week and are in the process of putting a home and three lots under contract this week. Barely leaves time for those fireworks. Don’t worry we’ll hang on to some sparklers and do some additional celebration in January.
While you’re digesting those grilled burgers and hot dogs you ate too many of, be sure to check out the incredible videos we’ve completed for our new listings. Heck, may be just one of them. That might be even better.
Be sure to find a member of the armed services (veteran or active duty) and let them know how much you appreciate their commitment to the freedom we all get to enjoy!
29 Essential Tips That Get Homes Sold Fast (And For Top Dollar)
Tip #11 Clean like you’ve never cleaned before.
Pick up, straighten, unclutter, scrub, scour, dust…well, you get the idea. If your living room feels crowded, take out every piece of furniture you can get away with. If your home still isn’t ready to appear in House Beautiful, then clean some more. Remember, you’re not just competing with other people’s homes – you’re going up against brand-new homes as well.
