Unofficial End of Summer | Top Guns Realty

Supposedly (or as my crazy uncle you to say, “supposably”) Memorial Day kicks off summer and Labor Day shuts it down, though in the South that just ain’t so. Our pool at the Cliffs Springs Beach Club will be open every weekend until it gets too cold which is the way it should be. I expect we will be headed out there for quite a few weekends to come, at least until mid-October. I remember being comfortable in the lake until mid-October when the water was OK while the air was on the wrong side OK. The good news then is we are getting into leaf season! You gotta love Jocassee and Keowee!

Another productive week for your Lake Keowee real estate experts. We conducted several fantastic tours and were able to put two $300,000 dollar lots under contract and we’re taking some folks up to see some of our special inventory on Lake Jocassee. We’ve also updated our mailing list in preparation for our latest mail out which will be hitting mail boxes next week. Our extensive advertising is always proactive and always pushing the limits to get our listings in front of as many eyes as possible.

Remember, summer is just a state of mind and fall is a dog-gone good state of mind, as well. Especially if you are on Lake Keowee or Lake Jocassee with us!
