Humid? Muggy? Damp for no real reason because it’s not raining? I don’t know about in your neck of the woods, but here around Lake Keowee we’re experiencing a sub-tropical October. As the remnants of the latest Hurricane sweeps across our area, we are thankful for the rain but those winds and the stifling humidity can go on back down south. We will also close another almost 2 million dollars in real estate over the next week. The current activity is slowed when it comes to tours, but we do expect a considerable surge about the time cold weather decides that summer is over. Heck, we still have leaf season to look forward to!
