Finally, we are going to get some nice cold weather around Lake Keowee. Over the next few days, the weatherman is calling for highs in the 50’s with some frost warnings at night. Lookout, we might be heading deep into a southern winter. In a month or so we might even have a freeze warning. Probably too much to ask for a white Christmas. But let’s do it anyway. Please, Old Man Winter, give us a white Christmas (just for a day – not real big on long snow events, we just want to borrow some snow for a little while).

The bad news is we only have a couple of new listings to take pictures of. Everything is lining up except you fence sitters. And just like that, July 4th 2023 here at Lake Keowee as well as nationwide, has come and gone. We are now in the busiest time of the year for folks viewing Lake Keowee real estate, and we are moving and shaking as we try to generate as much business as possible. We are prepared to list as many as you folks are willing to send our way as the inventory of Lake Keowee waterfront real estate remains too low for our liking. 

Lake Keowee will be rocking over the next few days as we hit the pinnacle of the lake selling season. For some unexplained reason, we seem to be in the midst of a strange summer, at least so far. Possibly it’s due to the weather being a bit cooler and the amount of rain we’ve received over the last couple of weeks. It’s almost like we haven’t gotten into that summer grove yet.
