Turned out to be a really nice week weather-wise leading to lots of activity around Lake Keowee over the weekend. People were out in force trying to get away from their lives of social distancing, trying to return to a level of normal even if things are still abnormal. I guess it’s just a new […]

And putting Lake Keowee homes and lots under contract! Folks are really excited to get away from other areas to the peace and queit of Lake Keowee. If you haven’t read my last few posts (you’re in luck! They are archived all the way back to like 2010), you may not have realized all of […]

It’s raining right now around Lake Keowee and it will continue to do so for the rest of the week. That’s a good thing for this time of year as we head into the heat of a typical South Carolina summer. The ground needs to build up some reserves. It’s been a fairly wet spring […]

Certainly looks to be a bit of throwing caution to the wind, but folks also need to get on with life at some point […]

Another week under a stay-at-home order is having an effect on our Lake Keowee real estate market. Tours of Lake Keowee homes and lots have slowed in an effort to keep everyone safe, but haven’t stopped completely. We’ve been able to put a Lake Keowee home and a rental complex under contract over the past […]

We have some beautiful days coming up around Lake Keowee. It’s a perfect time to get out in the yard and do something that doesn’t require you to be near anyone else (let’s go to Lowe’s and buys some flowers to plant along my Lake Keowee shoreline– nope). Thank goodness for Satellite TV, Netflix, Prime […]

Want to put some cold water on a good Lake Keowee real estate market just when you are heading into the busiest time of the year? Shame on you. Don’t do that. Fortunately, one person or small group doesn’t seem to be able to pull off such a feat, what it takes is a novel corona virus to […]
