Rolling Right Along
First things first… How about them Tigers!?!?! Wow, what a game! Saturday night in Death Valley was a ridiculous amount of fun for everyone in attendance, dare I say even the Louisville fans. A chamber of commerce day for the Upstate of SC and for Clemson and Lake Keowee more specifically. These are the episodes you look forward to during the dog days of summer. Which brings up an excellent point about our Lake Keowee area; the extra long springs and falls that we’re blessed with. One of the primary reasons folks move to our area (since you’re thinking about moving here, right?) is the weather. You get all four seasons, including hot days, cold days with snow, leaves changing and flowers blooming, but not too much of any of it! We were out on Lake Keowee touring on Jet skis on Thursday followed by golf on Friday then big time college football on Saturday. All with perfect weather. Everybody had a blast. You gotta get a place here!
Business? No new contracts last week? I know, that’s a first for the year. The good news is we did have a respectable number of folks out looking all week and we believe that many of them will manifest into contracts sooner rather than later. We were able to close some more properties this past week, as well. We are now up to $22,307,851 in production by way of 69 real estate sides. That’s moving some Lake Keowee waterfront real estate and football season or no we will continue to get it done! We are currently listing two new spectacular lots. One in The Reserve and another in The Cliffs at Keowee Springs. Impressive spots that you need to take the time to check out, we’ll be happy to shoot you details just email [email protected] or [email protected]. 866-371-2911.
Before we sign off, a sincere request: Hurricane Matthew is bearing down on the east Carolina coast and as of this writing is threatening to be catastrophic. We covet your prayers and concerns.
Until next week!
