Still cold around Lake Keowee but we are seeing the leaves and flowers popping out. That week or so of 70- and 80-degree temps is seeming like a distant memory, but the good news is plenty more of those are on the way. We are looking forward to another wonderful, fun and exciting Lake Keowee selling season. 

We expect it to start in earnest in a couple of weeks or maybe it has already started as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract over the last week. The activity so far this year has been consistent if not overwhelming. The lack of inventory is a problem (broken record?) that is likely causing pricing to remain pretty consistent. Many folks are unwilling to leave their current situation in search of something new due to higher interest rates, so don’t look for that inventory to spike very  soon. A lot of questions will be answered over the next four months. 

We’re looking forward to the roller coaster ride. It’ll be our 34^th year of doing just that. We’ve seen a lot but are always interested in seeing some more!
