Keowee Blog Training Camp Edition
It’s that time! Well almost… it’s really still almost a month away, but for us football starved southerners it’s here! I don’t know about y’all but you can’t start planning a football tailgate early enough. There are soooo many vital aspects to be considered. What does this have to do with Lake Keowee real estate? Well, a lot of folks have homes on Keowee because of the proximity to Lake Keowee. Clemson University sports is a source of entertainment for those rare times when you want to get away from the lake for a while but not too far away from the lake and football season is the biggest source of entertainment of them all for most folks. I must say that I enjoy Clemson basketball quite a bit as well, and the baseball team is almost always a national contender that’s not too far away, either. So after a busy summer of selling real estate it’s nice to ease into the fall with some championship style football!
Yet another busy week last week, as we closed two more lots and a house as well as putting another house under contract. These are the things we are supposed to do this time of year and we just keep on doing them, year after year for the last 28. Maybe one day we’ll hang up our lot walking boots, but today is not that day. In fact, we need more listings as we’ve sold a ton of ours this year. If you’ve been considering selling, now is the time! As I said in the first paragraph we still have a month of good summer left and as I’ve said in this paragraph things are selling very very well. Let us come out and take a look at your home or lot and let you know what it’s worth today. It may be time to sell that one and buy an even nicer one!
