It’s Still July…Right?
July no, August yes. Where did this entire month go? And so quickly! Another whirlwind of activity on the Lake Keowee real estate activity chart. Hopefully all of your wildest dreams came true this month. But just in case they didn’t, don’t feel awful, I still can’t fly nor do I have x-ray vision…yet. Seriously though, the one thing I’m truly appalled by is the lack of time we actually spent on the lake in July. This must be remedied. If y’all weren’t able to spend as much time on Lake Keowee as you would’ve liked, you have to ask yourself this question: “Can one ever spend too much time on the lake?”
We were able to create just over $4 Million in transactions over the month on 16 sides and are closing in on another $2+ million if the cards fall where they should. This is the primary cause of the lack of time on the lake. Truthfully I’d probably forfeit some additional time on the lake if we could achieve those same numbers in August. I’ve got kids and college ain’t cheap!
For you sellers, still plenty of buyers out there looking. You must make sure you compete well versus the competition. What can you do to stack the deck in your favor? Call us for those answers. Buyers, now is a very very good time to buy.
We are beginning to run a bit low on the listings as we’ve been selling so much of our inventory. Of those units I referred to above 10 of them are our listings. If you have a property or have a friend who has a property and want to get it on the market, that’s our jam! Let us get her out there!
