Such is the current statuses of Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee, although the real estate market for us has been a source of heat (fun fact, there is no such thing as cold, just a lack of heat…ask Einstein). We’ve been able to put two lots under contract over the last week and are still working on getting a house and another lot under contract. All of this activity should prompt a strong start to 2014, which will be a step up from 2013 which was a bit of a disappointing sidestep from 2012 (looks like the overall numbers for Lake Keowee waterfront real estate are going to be very similar).

Outside of the normal contract negotiations associated with the activities above we have been hard at work adding information, pictures, videos, and anything else helpful we can think of to our Web sites along with making sure all of our listings shine in all of our advertising media. Also, we’ve been making sure all of our signs are looking good and the brochures are filled to the brim with juicy and pertinent information ensuring your property will sooner rather than later at premium pricing.
