Hopefully you are all doing what it is you do this time of year and enjoying yourselves while you do it! We are excited about 2014 and are looking forward to it being a GREAT YEAR! The local and national news seems to be pointing in that direction and we are going to try are hardest to make it so. We’ve created great tools to elp you (buyer or seller) to get the information you need to make great decisions and we plan on continuing to do so. We are always striving to be at the top of our game!

As for business, we’ve tours over the holidays and are hopefully to create a couple of contracts. We just listed a great new home in East Shores and feel like we will have a couple of more for you eager buyers listed just after new year’s.  

That’s if for this week, I’m heading for the Eggnog!!!
