And, just like that, 2013 is gone… Seems to happen a lot faster than it did in our youth doesn’t it. I assume it will continue to go faster the older I get. That’s why we – or at least me’ve – have to make sure meweve are/am living life to its fullest on a daily basis. Take the time to smell the roses…I bet you know where this is going. Yep, you need to purchase a beautiful Lake Keowee lot or home and begin 2014 with plans laced with enjoyment of said property. If you are one of our seller’s, you need to make sure your property is as saleable as possible so you can move on to whatever your heart desires next.
In keeping with the sentiment above I’ll be heading down to sunny Orange Bowl Florida with my daughter on January 2nd to cheer on my Clemson Tigers. It’ll be a quick trip, back on the 4th or 5th, but I’ve found that a lot of times the quickies are the best (Insert your personal joke here).
As for business, we put lot 46 Beacon Shores under contract on Thursday and closed it on Monday. How do you like them apples? We ended 2013 with a bang, having been able to put another 3 properties under contract over the past week and a half while humping it to add impressive new listings to bolster our impressive Lake Keowee real estate inventory in to all of our impressive advertising mechanisms. Hopefully your are suitable impressived.
