That’s the standard ensemble for the crowd around Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee as of late. How’s business you ask? We certainly won’t complain. Even though the overall numbers are up around 5% year over year for Lake Keowee water front houses and lots, Mike and Matt Roach’s volume numbers are up more dramatically as we’ve already sold $3.7 million more in volume than all of last year, and we still have almost a full quarter to go! We continue to work hard to get our listings in front of as many eyes as possible, fighting to get Lake Keowee real estate back on good footing.
