Where's the Snow?
So many have gone on and on about how this winter was going to be a snow covered season to be remembered. Thus far “they” and their predictions have been proven erroneous. True, it’s chilly out there, but we’ve yet to see too much of the white stuff and my kids are getting discouraged to the point that they would like to have a face to face with whoever “they” are and point out that the only thing we’ll remember is not to listen to “them” any longer. I even went out and bought (when I say “went out” I mean I ordered over the internet) 4 sleds – that’s two extras just in case all that snow ate up the first 2. With the abundance of the snow up north right now, I expect youse guys reading this are getting a bit chapped. Not my fault…I’m doing my best to get you down here to beautiful Lake Keowee!
More listings, more tours a couple more sales and another couple of possibilities. The past week has been full of activity as we are adding three more houses to our inventory as well as a couple of lots. Also, we were out showing houses and property throughout much of the week (surprise, that’s what we do – the big deal is that this is JANUARY!!!!! That usually doesn’t happen so much). Bottom line: high hopes for 2015!
Seller’s get your property on the market. If it’s already on the market make sure it is priced well vs. the competition and outshines them to boot. Put your handy men/women to work on your property ASAP to get it spruced up and ready to glisten like the new-fallen snow that we don’t have any of here.
