Want My Green Jacket Size?
The Masters is in the record books and young Jordan Spieth is your new champion. As I mentioned last week, we were fortunate enough to attend the practice round and got to see both Trevor Immelman and Jack Nicklaus (yes, the Jack Nicklaus!) sink holes-in-one. The roar unleashed by the crowd at Jack’s ace was reminiscent of his glory days at Augusta. I think attending the Par 3 Tournament is the next best thing to being there for the final round. What a golf course! But you know we have some pretty incredible golf courses here on Lake Keowee: The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls, The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, The Reserve and Keowee Key. Both The Reserve course and the Vineyards course have holes running along the shores of Lake Keowee with stunning views and they are kept in immaculate condition. So if you’re an avid golfer or just enjoy the occasional round, look no further for the best the game has to offer.
As for us we are still trying to catch up. Over the past weekend we showed over 20 houses to three separate interested parties and were able to create an offer for one so far. We’re hopeful we can turn at least one more into a deal, keep your fingers and toes crossed. As for videos, the past couple of weeks have been tough. You know what they say, “April showers bring May flowers”, but for us we could phrase it “April showers make for crappy videos”. But the wet weather has prompted us to get caught up on the other less glamorous but vital marketing activities including scheduling more Lake Keowee water front homes and lots to show!
We have updated the numbers for the month as well as added this month’s video blurb (found a brief respite from the “April Showers”) – please take a few moments to review below. Enjoy!!!
