Masters Week
The azaleas in my yard are about to explode, downtown Pickens has put out the Azalea Festival banner (set for April 17th and 18th), and we are headed to The Masters Wednesday! These are all definitive indicators that the Lake Keowee selling season is in full bloom! Having 4 tours scheduled for this weekend and writing up 5 deals in the last week and a half is just icing on the 7 layer red velvet cake!
We’re so excited about this year as the first quarter has closed and we met and surpassed our 2015 goals. In fact, we hit them and starting grinding toward our second quarter goals about 3 weeks ago! We are now approaching $8,000,000 closed and 20 sides so far. At this pace, we’ll crush the current goals by at least 30%. I like it. We are working hard to get all of our listings out there in front of as many eyes as possible, that’s the only way to keep the success rolling and we do an excellent job of it if I say so my dang self. We like to say, “If anyone is looking in your price range, they WILL be exposed to your property.”
Cross your fingers for us as we head into the weekend and we attempt to put you buyers and sellers together. We need all of the help we can get!
