We remain busy and continue to add listings at a brisk pace, especially for this time of year. We’ve also been able to add another contract to the board, this one for a quarter million dollar lot, and are working on getting a house and another lot under contract, as well. This is when the savvy buyer comes out and takes advantage of the “down” time. So if you are thinking about buying, remember Jean-Paul Sartra, “If you are lonely when you’re alone, you are in bad company.” Nope, wrong one, actually I was thinking about the one that goes, “To do is to be.” (Or was it Sinatra…do be do be doooo). You’re not a buyer until you buy and if you want to be a happy buyer you need to buy NOW!

As for sellers, things are still getting better. Hopefully the pace will continue to pick up.
