I tuned into my kids’ favorite radio station a few days back and was pleased to not hear any tripe being pushed on us by the music industry that would basically include little more than a drum machine and insanely moronic lyrics. It’s actually an adult hits station local to the Lake Keowee area (I’ve taught ’em right!). But interestingly enough, they’ve already made the seasonal change to an all Christmas music format as we swan dive into the holidays. Wow, how quickly did 2015 fly by? But what a year it has been; if you take 2015 and add 10-25% increase in business, we’re ready for next year!
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves boys and girls. We’ve still got plenty of 2015 remaining, ergo we’ve much business remaining. This week we will close around $2,900,000 in property (not too bad for a year that’s over!). But be advised, there are still plenty of great deals out there for you buyers and now is the best time ever to take advantage as almost all of the leaves are off of the trees opening up views from properties you never would have seen in the summer. I can’t think of a better Christmas present than a new Lake Keowee or Lake Jocassee home or lot. I’d love to see one under the tree! That’d be a lot better than a bow around a Lexus, agreed?
