We’ve had good activity over the past week as we’ve been able to land a new Lake Keowee interior home listing in the Cedar Creek community and a new Lake Keowee waterfront listing, Lot 20 Wilderness Cove. It’ll be up and running in a couple of days, once we’re able to coordinate all the media production. We’re also working on a couple of buyer contracts, hoping to bring them to fruition here soon.

A nice week for us here at Top Guns Realty as we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and a home off the lake. We also added a listing to the fold which will be coming on in the next couple of days; a nice Lake Keowee waterfront lot with DOCK IN PLACE!

We were able to list a Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week and will be closing on $8M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate next week. Hopefully, we’ll add a couple of really neat Lake Keowee waterfront homes to the market, as well. It’s that time of year! Yes, it is!!

Slower weeks this time of year allow more opportunities for us to go over advertising, marketing systems, etc. We’re ever striving to create as many eyes as possible on our listings as well as getting as many people as possible to look at them in person. We’re also working hard to create buyer leads for other listings out there. It’s amazing how far we’ve come in 37 years. We were selling real estate on Lake Keowee when there was still such a thing as an actual printed multiple listing book. Yea, we’ve seen a lot of change while doing thousands of real estate transactions.

We at Top Guns Realty certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee, many buyers looking for just the right spot. We need more listings in many categories to satisfy their hunger. Help us out, it’s time to sell!

It was another good week as we were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. That’s $4,227,000 in volume over a rainy weekend, no less! Proof that folks are still out and about looking to get their dream Lake Keowee property secured.

We just added a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot to our inventory (Lot 19 Keowee Bay) and will be bringing on another Lake Keowee waterfront home next week, also. We are seeing LOTS of traffic on our existing listings as folks are searching in earnest for their own special spot on Lake Keowee. It’s great to see folks’ faces when they are looking across a Lake Keowee property at the water in the distance and dreaming about living the Keowee dream.

The weather has cooled a bit, but it’s still temperate for folks to get out and about. As per usual spring fever abounds, I know we feel it, and we expect our symptoms to increase in severity. There ain’t much better than spring around Lake Keowee!

As I sit here writing this Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog, the temperature is a balmy 79 degrees. That’s a Chamber of Commerce Day for us, especially since it’s February! I’m not foolish enough to think temps will stay like this for long as I expect us to see at least one or two more serious cold snaps prior to spring popping by and saying, “Hello, how’s the family?”. It does bring to mind the idea of spring, though, and the fact that now is the time to get your Lake Keowee real estate on the market!

As stated above we are still seeing activity in all phases of Lake Keowee real estate. We were able to close a $1M+ dollar home last week and will be closing a Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week. Sounds like a fairly normal week here at Top Guns Realty. Just like for the last 26 years (as Top Guns and 36 years in real estate on Lake Keowee). There have been a lot of ups and downs, but we’ve been here for you guys for a long time. If we haven’t helped you yet, hopefully it’ll be soon!
