Fantastic week last week as we were able to close $8M in Lake Keowee waterfront homes. That’s putting the pedal to the metal. We at Top Guns Realty certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee, many buyers looking for just the right spot. We need more listings in many categories to satisfy their hunger. Enough about having fun, back to work. We were able to add another great Lake Keowee waterfront home to our listing book over the past week. Check out 486 Cardinal Ln. Another successful week last week as we were able to close over $2M in Lake Keowee waterfront property. What’s new around Lake Keowee? Well, the kids are back in school! Clemson just had their move in week and begin classes today for the Fall of 2025 semester. That means we are just a few days from college football starting up as well. Sure would be nice to relive those college years, but we’ll just have to settle for doing it vicariously.

It was another good week as we were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. That’s $4,227,000 in volume over a rainy weekend, no less! Proof that folks are still out and about looking to get their dream Lake Keowee property secured.
