We’ve had another good week adding 3 new listings and closing on over $1M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate. We are bringing on a 26 acre track of land along Oconee Creek, an interior lot in Keowee Key near the clubhouse and a waterfront lot with covered dock in the Harbor Point subdivision. We are hopeful that we will get one more waterfront lot listed prior to the end of the year, fingers crossed.

So what, you say? How could that be of any importance? Why, it marks the height of activity for Lake Keowee waterfront listings. We get the most views, hits, etc. about mid -July.
