We did get us a Lake Keowee waterfront lot closed last week. Always good news to have some activity. There are currently 11 Lake Keowee houses under contract and 5 Lake Keowee lots under contract. We currently have 1 Lake Keowee waterfront side, and 3 Lake Keowee interior lot sides on our board to close. That’s not too bad for November in an election year but can always be better.

Another good week as folks continue to envision that dream home on Lake Keowee. We put a waterfront home under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. We will be adding two more Lake Keowee waterfront homes to our inventory to replace the one we just sold and then some, but it’d be better if we added three or four. 

Put yours on the market. It’s time. The summer is more than halfway over and there are so many amazing things you can do with that money. Why wait?

We’ve had a good week, closing $4.5M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate and getting 4 new listings that should soon turn into more Lake Keowee waterfront closings. It’s exciting stuff and leads us to believe the market will stay strong for a good while longer. We keep waiting for the presidential election to have an effect but doesn’t seem to be happening, at least not yet. Everything is rolling right along.

We are closing just under a couple hundred thousand in real estate this week and will be putting $3M in real estate on the Lake Keowee real estate market. Folks are less likely to go out for a day on Lake Keowee currently. There are plenty of those die-hard fishermen out there doing their best impression of Nanook of the North (it’s amazing what clothing manufacturers can do with modern fabrics to keep us warm), but very few folks are just cruising around for the giggles. There will be some of that in a couple of weeks as we will have a few communities doing their annual Christmas lights on your boat show. Those are fun to watch from the shore, a little more taxing from the water (see Arctic literary character reference above), but fun for folks who are willing to go the extra mile in extending the Christmas spirit.
