The good news for us is we have 5 Lake Keowee properties in various stages of preparation for the market along with some excellent recently added listings. We were also able to put some very nice (and fortunate) folks in a $1.4M Lake Keowee home last week. Things are looking bright for 2024. That should be a slogan of some sort (Marketing? Get on that right away. I’m sure Ernie will have great ideas). We will probably run into a few headwinds as we get closer to election season, but we expect the spring and summer to be strong. A lot of folks still have money in their pockets and are ready to spend.

Another good week as we have been able to close on a $1.4M Lake Keowee waterfront house and have a line on a couple of good new listings. The buyers have been a bit slower this week, but as the weather gets consistently warmer that will take care of itself. Make sure you take time to check out our current listings. Have some special ones you may find exciting. Who knows, you may have a friend who would need a place close by you can use to take the kids from time to time.

Over the past week we’ve been able to close on one house and a Cliffs Springs lot. We’ll close on another Lake Keowee waterfront home and lot over the next few days. We’ve just added a spectacular home in Breacon Shores, 519 Beacon Shores Dr., and have a line on another Lake Keowee interior lot we plan to add to the inventory soon. That’s the kind of busy we love. Just need to keep it moving.

Business continues to be good. We closed on a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront lots last week and just listed an incredible home at 519 Beacon Shores Drive. The market continues to be hot with buyers anxious to get in on a Lake Keowee property before the summer season is in full swing we’re trying our best to help!

Just in time to knock down the pollen around Lake Keowee comes a little bit of rain for the next few days before a stunning Lake Keowee area weekend. College basketball is over, baseball is in full swing and lake season is standing on our throats laughing. Kids will be out of school before you know it and clamoring to get on the water. If you want to be the hero in this story, you NEED to have your own piece of Lake Keowee real estate. That’s where we come in.

More good news from the selling and listing sides of our Lake Keowee real estate expert business. We’ve been able to put one lot under contract over the past week and are adding an interior lot in Keowee Bay to the listing inventory. Slow and steady wins the race (fast and steady would be good too). We are working on a couple of other good possibilities as well.

Well, you may need to go ahead and buy the Lake Keowee real estate, pontoon boat, etc. The good news is your favorite people will probably bring crackers. We’re here to help with the first part. There are some good properties available that more than likely will fit the bill. The inventory remains tight, but if you’ll get engaged (let us set you up with an automatic search) and be a bit patient, what you are looking for will make itself known.

We’re declaring the warm and sunny season around Lake Keowee currently as we head out to do our Lake Keowee real estate work in shorts. In the mornings when it’s 40 degrees, it’s maybe not such a great idea, but by the middle of the day when the temperature hits 70 degrees we look like soothsayers. The flowers are emerging and the leaves are starting to sprout on the trees. Just makes you feel good!

It’s happening around Lake Keowee. Spring is doing its thing. We are starting to see the sprouts coming outs. It’s an exciting time that leads to a very busy time for Mike and Matt Roach, Top Guns Realty, Inc. It’s been a good winter, and we are ready to go full force into spring and summer. Between now and mid-July, we will see buyer activity ramp up significantly as folks realize they can actually swim in Keowee but need to get their own house or lot so they can do it on a consistent basis.
