The one we listed is one we sold leaving the market with a total of 5 Lake Keowee waterfront lots available that have covered docks. That’s far too few. You need to sell your lot, make lots of money, sit on that money for a while and let it grow, then buy another Lake Keowee lot from us in the future – build a house on that Lake Keowee waterfront lot, live in it for a while….wash, rinse, repeat…you get the idea!

We did get us a Lake Keowee waterfront lot closed last week. Always good news to have some activity. There are currently 11 Lake Keowee houses under contract and 5 Lake Keowee lots under contract. We currently have 1 Lake Keowee waterfront side, and 3 Lake Keowee interior lot sides on our board to close. That’s not too bad for November in an election year but can always be better.

As stated above we are still seeing activity in all phases of Lake Keowee real estate. We were able to close a $1M+ dollar home last week and will be closing a Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week. Sounds like a fairly normal week here at Top Guns Realty. Just like for the last 26 years (as Top Guns and 36 years in real estate on Lake Keowee). There have been a lot of ups and downs, but we’ve been here for you guys for a long time. If we haven’t helped you yet, hopefully it’ll be soon!

This change hasn’t stopped folks from buying and selling Lake Keowee waterfront real estate as we’ve been able to close on just shy of one million dollars’ worth of it over the past week. We’ve also been able to put $2M in Lake Keowee property under contract. It’d be nice to keep up that pace, and we’re going to try and do exactly that. Broken record time; we need your help. We need more listings. There are still plenty of buyers in the market, you can make both them and you very happy people: they get top value real estate while they give you top dollar. 

All we know for certain is that we’ve added some great listings over the past week and plan to get some of those buyers in the doors and put their boots on the ground. Check out 199 Luther Land Rd., 302 Meadowlark Lane and Lot 30 Harborside. We are hopeful we can get these under contract quickly. Before you know it July 4th will be here. Around Lake Keowee it’s a BIG celebration with many communities putting on fireworks displays, cookouts, get-togethers, shin-digs, not to mention the occasional hootenanny. It’s absolutely the height of the season for Lake Keowee. It’s also the peak of Lake Keowee real estate season. 

Memorial Day around Lake Keowee is in the rear-view mirror. Hopefully, everyone was able to enjoy a safe and fun holiday while having the opportunity to appreciate and honor the US military personal who’ve served and those who have died in service to our country. We all know someone who we should thank for their service. To those of you reading this. Thank you for your service.

Business continues to be good. We closed on a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront lots last week and just listed an incredible home at 519 Beacon Shores Drive. The market continues to be hot with buyers anxious to get in on a Lake Keowee property before the summer season is in full swing we’re trying our best to help!
