It warms this old boy’s heart like nothing else to see God’s green earth rebound back into life. The blooms are beginning to show off in abundance and the birds are losing their freaking minds in and all around the Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee area! The golf courses are donning their greenery and unfortunately I get to restart the mowing of the lawn at Casa de Roach again (at least it’s not palatial). The rain we’ve had over the last several weeks has given nature the needed nudge to the forefront and chased away the doldrums of winter hibernation. Here we go, the Lake Keowee real estate sales season has begun!
The good news is it hasn’t really stopped for us since last Lake Keowee selling season. We are now up to $5,150,000 with 15.5 sides closed for 2015 with an additional $1.8 million and 3 sides to close in the next 7 days. Those are really good numbers…and we still have a lot of good Lake Keowee inventory to get sold! Make sure you read my reports below. They will give you a really good feel for where the Lake Keowee market stands. We still have more sellers than buyers so when looking for Lake Keowee property your choices are very dependent on your price category. There are still great deals in all price categories but your pickens’ are most definitely getting slimmer. For you Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee sellers, it may be taking a little longer for the worm to turn but she’s turning, we guarantee it!
