Plenty O'Rain is a Bright Spot?

Yep, it’s that time of year. Time to refill all of the lakes and waterways in our Lake Keowee area and that’s exactly what’s happening. And it’s doing wonders for the environment here and I don’t mean that in solely the tree-hugging sense, the overall ambiance of the Lake Keowee system is dependent on the lakes being, well, lakes and a is lake rarely a lake when water is absent. So everything is peaches and cream…except for my psyche. I don’t know about you but consistently overcast days and drizzling cold rain puts me in emotional catatonia (re: a funk). If dreary days give you the Sunday afternoon blahs, too, then I’ve got some great news: a fantastic way for you to shed the blues is to watch some of our Lake Keowee real estate videos! Fortunately there are many folks already doing this as we’ve experienced anywhere from 48 to 148 Lake Keowee real estate video views PER DAY (and that’s in the dead of winter!). Let me tell you how popular our Lake Keowee videos are, over 2014 we had 32,175 views which translates into 77,818 minutes viewed, and 1297 hours viewed (that’s 54 days straight). I’d like to say that we’ve double-handedly (Mike and myself) brought the Lake Keowee experience – in a much brighter and easier light and with the help of the Internet – to a whole bunch of new folks (we’ve created 1,130 videos since 2007!).

What has all of this led to? ACTIVITY AND SALES! As I spoke of last week (and I’ll speak of it again as it makes me giggly) we currently have 15 real estate sides to close between now and mid-February. That’s over $4,000,000 in volume! Those are the kinds of numbers a lot of real estate agents would like to do in a year. Don’t worry though; we know our work is not done. We have a lot of folks depending on us to get there properties sold and we are working very hard to exactly that. With media including Internet advertising, direct mail, magazine, billboard, newspaper, TV, signage, flyers, and more. Our motto is, if you’re listed with us and someone’s looking, they will be exposed to your home or land.
