Officially Summer!…kind of
For many folks the Memorial Day weekend heralds the beginning of summer–though in truth summer will begin on June 21st. Let’s just say it’s already summer, but I really do love the spring season around Lake Keowee so maybe let’s stick with spring. Whatever floats your boat, the good news is it’s on when it comes to Lake Keowee real estate and boat floating is one of our specialties!
Buyers are are the verge of a feeding frenzy (ever watch Shark Week?) taking advantage of the spectacular deals on Lake Keowee water front real estate. The past week has proven to be yet another busy and productive seven days and has included 6 buyer tours and four contracts. Those are the kind of numbers we dream about as we enjoy our Thanksgiving turkey! We expect to continue at this healthy pace over the next week as we continue towards the pinnacle of the 2014 Lake Keowee selling season. Bottom line is if you want to get your Lake Keowee home or lot on the market, now is the time. Anxious buyers are out there looking hard and making offers before prices get back out of reach.
Over the weekend the Cliffs at Keowee Springs Beach Club opened for the summer, man what a place! My kids were there for the final day of 2013 and the first day of 2014, which brings to mind another golden opportunity, if you are looking and you haven’t considered a golf community you may want to, you’d be amazed at the kind of deals you can get in a community like the Cliffs at Keowee Springs, and the amenities are unsurpassed.
