Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog We’ll Even Block Out the Sun For You!

I speak, of course, of the eclipse and how our area was descended upon and totally ensconced with nearly one million extra folks in South Carolina. Duke Power had a large gathering at the World of Energy with folks showing up before 7am to get a choice spot. As for business, we have been able to put a Cliffs Springs lot under contract and are still working on three more lots and a house. A bit slower with new listings but we are in the process of adding another. Being the first week of school (and the eclipse) things do feel a tad bit slower. Hopefully business will be as good as last fall and winter. Who am I kidding, of course it will be!
