Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog The Week of the Rains
We’ve had a little tropical depression hanging around causing some weather issues this week around Lake Keowee. In fact, we’ve had a lot rain over the last couple of days and it’s scheduled to continue at least through the next several. For the lake and the surrounding ecosystem, rain is a really good thing, but I’d prefer it only fell at night because there’s way too much cool stuff to do during the day and rain ruins it! But with 3 new listings sitting in the hopper waiting to get up and running a week of rain is hindering the marketing progress just a tad. But whatcha gonna do? Those arial videos won’t shoot themselves. We’ll stay focused on getting folks excited about purchasing their new Lake Keowee real estate! Rain or shine!
This week we’ve been able to close another $890,000 in volume by way of closing 1 house and two lots. We will be closing another $1,500,000 in volume by way of a Lake Keowee house and lot by the next time you read this blog. We also hope to put at least another $500,000 in property under contract by then. As I said last week, there’s still plenty of summer left!
Hopefully you are taking advantage of that (the aforementioned plenty of summer thing), I know we have been. We spent the whole day Saturday enjoying Lake Keowee, driving around all over the place. Our adventure included jet skiing, tubing, the Beach Club, and lots and lots of swimming. I should’ve invested in sunscreen stocks years ago!
