Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Tween Times
Some days, it’s almost 60 degrees, some days it’s cold and overcast and some days it seems it’s hardly worth chewing through the leather straps (what??). You’ve just gotta love this time of year, though, especially around Lakes Keowee and Jocassee. It’s just full of anticipation as we try and decide, “Should we take the boat out or the snow board?” The good news is the spring will be upon us here shortly, as foretold by college baseball practice starting up. And we’ll all be out on Lake Keowee and Jocasse, getting some sun and fun in or at the very least wishing we were on Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee getting some sun and fun in. As the old folks say, “Don’t push the season!” …as we invariably push the season.
How’s business? The year is starting out strong with good tours, contracts, and closings as we are just shy of $2,000,000 in total closings for January. We’ve had a few properties’ closings get pushed back for various reasons but expect to get them all buttoned up very soon. We’ve also added, and then quickly put under contract, a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot! We’ve also put another of our older listings under contract as well, another $300,000 Lake Keowee waterfront lot. On top of that, we are about to list a spectacular $1,600,000 Lake Keowee waterfront home. Three new aerial videos got put in the hopper over the past week to boot. Needless to say, but I’ll say it anyway, moss don’t grow on a rollin’ stone!
If we haven’t already found you the perfect Lake Keowee waterfront property, let’s do that now. If we are in the process of selling your Lake Keowee home or lot, it won’t be long! If you are thinking about selling a Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot, let’s get that on the market right now…let’s push the season!
