To beautiFALL around Lake Keowee (does that classify as a Dad joke?)! This weekend we expect temperatures in the low 70’s before a cold snap early next week. The next few days will be a great time to get out on the boat with a nice warm jacket and cup of Joe or coco and check out the magnificent fall colors before all of the leaves are gone. Also, it’s an outstanding time to look at some Lake Keowee real estate!

We were able to put a lot under contract last week and are working on some pretty big deals for the future. Our hope being we can maintain a house or two, lot or two sales per month as we trudge through the slower wintertime frame.
