…living there, visiting there or even looking at pictures of there! We are  currently experiencing some of the coldest weather we’ve had in decades with lows plummeting down to the single digits–much more than my feeble winter jackets can handle (“winter jacket” = long sleeve t-shirt). All I’ve got to say is how do you northerners do it? Better question – why do you do it?!?! You see videos of people throwing water into the frigid air outside and it transmogrifying immediately into snow. Why are you still there? Move down here, we may be cold this week but I’ve never thrown a cup of water and have it turn into anything other than a cup of falling water…and we have some of the longest springs and falls of any climatological zone on the planet! You get the cold for a couple of weeks and then it’s hot for a couple of weeks but the rest of the time; bliss. Perfection. No more excuses, I’ll show you where to sign.
