Lake Keowee real estate has continued to roll along at a favorable pace. We’ve closed a couple more properties over the past week which notches us above the $20,000,000 mark for the year. We’ve also added a couple of good lot listings and this month’s marketing mailing will be hitting mailboxes in just a few days. It’s the fall and things are a bit slower sales wise, but we NEVER stop working hard to get our folks’ properties out in front of as many eyes as possible!
