Yep, that’s right. Baseball season will soon be upon us and we Clemson fans are really excited to see where the new coach takes the team this season and for the years to come. But we’d better not be so quick to write off basketball just yet as both our Tigers and the Gamecocks have legit shots at making the NCAA tournament. Gotta love March Madness! Over the next few months Clemson University will be putting the finishing touches on the new and improved Littlejohn Coliseum ($60,000,000+). The Tigers basketball team has been forced to spend this season away from home in downtown Greenville at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena – a neat little change of pace for a bit, but we’re past ready for them to be back home in Tiger Town. Again, incredible opportunities for major college athletics are just moments away from your fantastically, impressively, outrageously beautiful home or lot on Lake Keowee or Jocassee!
The Super Bowl slows down weekend sales for real estate around Lake Keowee, not for pizza and wings, of course, but definitely for us. We were, however, able to put 3 of our listings and a house under contract over the weekend (just imagine what the business would have been like without the big game!). All of you buyers don’t fret just yet as there are still good deals to be had, but only if you come “had” them. We have a lot of properties we’d like to get under contract ASAP! (all of them actually)
We’ve slipped back into a weather cold snap. The good news is that means crystal clear blue skies. An absolutely perfect time for videos, so we will definitely be taking advantage of this prime occasion and will be out shooting those. Take some time to watch them when you get the chance, there are only 1397 of them so it won’t take you long… and getting we’re pretty darn good at it, too! And once you catch your breath from all your video watching, tell a friend or 3 and send them our way!
Make sure and check out the 2015 year-end numbers and our monthly video update even further below.
