Man it is SPECTACULAR around Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee right now. The leaves are starting to change and the temperatures are getting lower in the evenings causing the water vapor to rise off of the lake in the morning – again, just plain beautiful. I must say though it is a great time to look at property around Lakes’ Keowee and Jocassee as the leaves start to fall off and the views begin to pick up, not to mention the brilliant colors of the leaves that are giving you there last ditch effort at glory.

As for business, nothing new for sales this week. That hasn’t happened in a while, but it is that time of year. Folks are focusing on Halloween decorations and football. We have been able to put three new properties on the market, and they are especially beautiful – see above as it is a perfect time to look at any of our inventory.

As for the outlook, steady but slow growth over 2015 and we expect 2016 to be similar. Still a great time to buy – especially now as we head into the winter.
