Aqui Viene the Sun!
After a few blustery cold days, a winter fake-out if you will, we’ve hit our stride weather-wise with an absolutely gorgeous day and an incredible 70 degree weekend well on the way. Spring will be here before we know it (how much you wanna bet it’ll be here in 3 days???) and with spring comes flowers, warm breezes, and more Lake Keowee waterfront real estate sales! I hear all of you sellers saying, “AAAWWWW YEEEAAAH!!!” just like Barry White. But with the spring comes leaves and other floral growth that blocks many of the magnificent views on your properties so now, RIGHT NOW, is the time to get your land cleaned up in full readiness for the selling season. I can’t express how important it is that buyers be able to actually walk your property comfortably and safely.
As for us, if winter is any indication of what summer’s going to be – look out! We put another 2 homes and lot under contract over the past week and now have over $9,000,000 to close. If you do the math, you’ll figure out that by keeping up that pace well close in the $30,000,000 range for 2016. All we’ve got to say to that is, “BRING. IT. ON.”
We continue to work hard to get your property in front of as many wondering eyes as possible to get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time while incurring the least amount of stress. We are still dealing with LOTS of inventory but are seeing things start to crack in certain type and price categories (I’m looking at you, you lucky devils in the $500,000 to $600,000 waterfront home price range!) but we still have a good ways to go otherwise. The good news is great things continue to happen and at an ever increasing rate! Buckle up, buttercups!!!
Oh, and the blog title? We already wrote on called “Here Comes El Sol” so we had to switch this one up…so, free Spanish lesson. You’re Welcome!
