Snow…yeah, I know. Really? I thought spring was going to be here yesterday. Hard to believe but we are experiencing another snow event. The roads are drivable, but a bigger wintery occurrence is expected tomorrow which will include up to 8 inches around Lake Keowee. We’re calling it “Snowpocaly-mageddon-palooza 2.0, Part Deux.
I’m sure you’re not surprised, but as you can tell by reading this perspicuous and cogent Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog, we are hard at work keeping people updated with the latest goings on as well as working through closing contracts, etc. The only hard part is taking folks out to see property, this is just not the best time. The good news for you sellers is we’ve got tons of videos for folks to view while they are holed up waiting for the big thaw (maybe we’ll call that happening “Thawsday” because I think it will be the fourth day of the week). That should get those buyers fired up and ready to head out as soon as possible!
