About time we didn’t have a beautiful day around Lake Keowee. It was getting to the point where every day has been about perfect. Need some overcast to truly appreciate the crystal clear, blue skies. We will see cold weather over the next few days with some rain, which we really need. Hopefully, it won’t last too long, and we can get back to perfect for Thanksgiving week!

We did close an interior property in Cedar Creek this week and put another interior lot under contract. We have had a few good tours as well, which is good for this time of year. Amazingly we are still seeing a shortage of inventory in several key categories. Folks just don’t want to let go of Lake Keowee real estate (Can you blame them?). We do have a line on a couple of new houses, though the folks are working through things that need to be done. Hopefully, we can get at least one of them on the market soon.
