'Tis the Season!
No, not that season. The season to get your property on the market! The tours have slowed just a bit as the current school year begins to circle the drain and parents/grand-parents plan vacations and get everything set for the summer. Many folks want to get into their new Lake Keowee real estate prior to the July 4th holiday and are looking online now to find that perfect piece of Lake Keowee waterfront. Wouldn’t it be ideal if yours was out there in front of them with multiple videos including but not limited to: 1) aerial, 2) 360 degree, 3) living pictures, and of course 4) walk-throughs? Please note we were the first to bring all of these elements to marketing homes and lots on Lake Keowee. The first for video walk-throughs, the first for aerial videos, the first for 360 degree video, and on and on. Every day we endeavor to bring the latest and greatest technology to bear on getting Lake Keowee real estate listed with us in front of as many wondering eyes as possible thereby easily eclipsing our competitors attempts to do likewise. If someone is looking for a property on Lake Keowee like one we have listed they will be exposed to it and they will get an in-depth look at every positive aspect.
As for year to date sales, we continue to “lay the wood to it” as they say (although I’m not sure if that’s a baseball, carpentry or lumberjack metaphor. But I like it!) Closing a $600,000 waterfront home last week and putting another $1,400,000 home under contract this week is proof positive of ample wood laying, wouldn’t you say? We’ve also added a couple of spectacular lots to the inventory and are adding an interior home in Keowee Bay this week (a newly built, beautiful home with a water view and dock slip in the community dock area). In fact, we are headed to that home to get the paperwork done as soon as I complete this sentence.
Ok, this sentence because now I’m overly curious as to the reference and origin of the wood laying metaphor…maybe it’s a saw mill thing?
