We’ve added a new Lake Keowee waterfront home to our stable of listings. 308 Treetops Drive is a fantastic home in Waterford Pointe with over 7000 ft. of heated space. We’ve also brought 322 Hillandale Rd. on the market – a nice home on Lake Keowee with a platform dock right in the middle of Seneca. As to be expected this time of year, activity remains strong though we are starting to see higher inventory levels in certain segments of the market. It’s the time of year around Lake Keowee where we have a bit of a lull as kids graduate from various levels of school and then, usually, along with parents they head on a week long vacation to some cool spot. This leads to a couple week slowdown in Lake Keowee real estate activity. We are currently in that slowdown.
