October has been a great month for us as we’ve closed just shy of $9M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate. It’d be great if November and December were as good, but folks just don’t buy as much Lake Keowee real estate this time of year as they do during the summer. That doesn’t mean there aren’t still buyers in the market. In fact there are quite a few looking for just the right property.

Around Lake Keowee the leaves have begun their journey back to the soil, but as they make the transition, they are awash with fantastic color. In my mind, the perfect setting for a picturesque life; Lake Keowee in the fall is every bit of that and a slice of fresh warm homemade bread. If you can’t tell, we like how being in, on and around Lake Keowee makes us feel all poetic and junk.

An exciting week for us here at Top Guns Realty, Inc (Mike and Matt Roach)! As we were able to close on a $1.5M dollar home and list $769K Lake Keowee waterfront lot 77 Harbor Point along with a $3M gem of 12 acres and a home at 236 Joe Jen Dr. (almost in downtown Seneca, but when you are on the property you’re a world away from everything!). We at Top Guns Realty certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee, many buyers looking for just the right spot. We need more listings in many categories to satisfy their hunger. Enough about having fun, back to work. We were able to add another great Lake Keowee waterfront home to our listing book over the past week. Check out 486 Cardinal Ln. Waterfront Lake Keowee home not in a subdivision, though it still has some restrictions. It’s located close to town and has a nice, gentle slope to the Lake (covered dock, jet ski buoys, lift, the works!) We were also able to close a Lake Keowee waterfront home as well as a waterfront lot. We’re just like a freight train, delivering the goods effectively and efficiently and totally unstoppable!

Another successful week last week as we were able to close over $2M in Lake Keowee waterfront property. We’ll be putting another excellent Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market no later than this weekend. We’re always striving to get the little things done that inevitably lead to the big things. Focus on the fundamentals and everything else will take care of itself.

Business? YES! Great week as we added those listings last week and were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. We also wrote a couple of contacts on a couple of others that we are trying to work out. It is the time of year to make things happen and of course we continue to do just that.

What a great last week as we were able to add 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront house listings to our inventory. 308 Treetops Dr. in Waterford Pointe, 508 Merganser Way in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls North, and 329 Foreststone Dr. in Waterstone. All great properties priced well and ready for you to go to contract on. We were also able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront house, a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip and waterfront Lake Keowee lot under contract. That is the kind of July week you hope for.

It’s been a good week for us as we’ve (almost) added 4 listings to our stable as we wait for a few last details. They are all good ones that we expect to get under contract ASAP as we continue to endure low inventory in segments of the Lake Keowee real estate market. We’ve also written up a few offers that we are working on getting to contract. Just doing what we do…Top Guns are gonna gun!
