Even though it’s still warm around Lake Keowee we are starting to see the first hints of the colors to come (and the warm days are turning into cooler nights, which is nice). And just like that, July 4th 2023 here at Lake Keowee as well as nationwide, has come and gone. We are now in the busiest time of the year for folks viewing Lake Keowee real estate, and we are moving and shaking as we try to generate as much business as possible. We are prepared to list as many as you folks are willing to send our way as the inventory of Lake Keowee waterfront real estate remains too low for our liking. 

Lake Keowee will be rocking over the next few days as we hit the pinnacle of the lake selling season. For some unexplained reason, we seem to be in the midst of a strange summer, at least so far. Possibly it’s due to the weather being a bit cooler and the amount of rain we’ve received over the last couple of weeks. It’s almost like we haven’t gotten into that summer grove yet.
