Even though it’s still warm around Lake Keowee we are starting to see the first hints of the colors to come (and the warm days are turning into cooler nights, which is nice). We are seeing spectacular, clear blue skies days making it the perfect time to get out on Lake Keowee and enjoy the last vestiges of the 2023 Lake Keowee season (who knows, you might even want to purchase your own place to take advantage of the fall colors and have a great place to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas or sell what you’ve got since you won’t get out as much over the winter).

We get a Lake Keowee listing, we get it sold. Quickly. How quickly? There…that quickly. That’s been the theme lately. The fast turn-around time on listings of Lake Keowee property has led to a great situation for you potential sellers. Let’s say you’ve been sitting on that Lake Keowee waterfront lot (or interior with boat slip) for years, hoping to do something with it but never finding the time. Well, maybe now is the time to turn it around quickly and get maximum dollars before the end of 2023 and the presidential election year of 2024. This also works for Lake Keowee waterfront or interior homes, by the way.

Around Lake Keowee there is a new level of excitement as we enter the football season. The of the really great things about Lake Keowee being so close to Clemson University is you can tailgate on the Lake for pregame then head to your (or your friend’s) tailgate spot at the stadium! You can also rent out your home for a pretty penny on those days if you are in a community that allows such. There aren’t that many houses that fit that bill but luckily, we have one that does! Check out 231 Hughes St.

Let’s not rush to fall. I know, I know… it’s exciting to think about football season, the leaves bursting into a billion colors and pumpkin spice everything but now is not the time. Be patient, there’s still plenty of summer left, especially around Lake Keowee. The temperatures remain high, the pools and the lake remain […]

And just like that, July 4th 2023 here at Lake Keowee as well as nationwide, has come and gone. We are now in the busiest time of the year for folks viewing Lake Keowee real estate, and we are moving and shaking as we try to generate as much business as possible. We are prepared to list as many as you folks are willing to send our way as the inventory of Lake Keowee waterfront real estate remains too low for our liking.

Lake Keowee will be rocking over the next few days as we hit the pinnacle of the lake selling season. For some unexplained reason, we seem to be in the midst of a strange summer, at least so far. Possibly it’s due to the weather being a bit cooler and the amount of rain we’ve received over the last couple of weeks. It’s almost like we haven’t gotten into that summer grove yet. The really good news is there’s still plenty of summer left to get our groove back!

We’re starting to see the pop-up, late afternoon thunderstorms that can frequent the Lake Keowee area as the weather starts to get summer warm. You can be out on the lake all day and then out of nowhere (obviously somewhere, moisture from the lake, etc. lifting into the atmosphere where it cools and gets unstable) […]

You buyers, that is. Now, right now, this very moment, is the time of year when the most people are out looking for Lake Keowee real estate. I hate to sound like a broken record here but, they need more inventory to check out. That’s where you current Lake Keowee property owners come in. 2024 […]

Around Lake Keowee a lot of folks are enjoying their time on the lake and watching their sons and daughters, grandchildren, cousins, etc. graduate from local area high schools. Soon after, many are heading to the beach and lakes for vacations. All this travel and graduating leads to a slow week or two in the […]

Stop at any gas station around Lake Keowee and you’ll see and hear the excitement of getting out on Lake Keowee. Watching folks pump gas into their boats, jet skis, and the many other various modes of water transportation and pack up sodas and snacks for the cooler and it makes you want to get out on Lake Keowee post haste! I know you’re imagining the scene as you read. The only thing left to do is plan to get out there and – even better – to purchase some real estate on Keowee or Jocassee so you can get out on these lakes any time you want. We are here to help!
