We will be putting two Lake Keowee waterfront lots, an interior lot, an interior house and a waterfront home on the market in the coming couple of weeks. Just got to get everything done so they are ready when they hit the market (under-brushing, cleaning, permits, etc.).

The Lake Keowee real estate season is ON as we see that most of the leaves are on the trees and the temperatures begin to climb into the 70’s on a consistent basis. More and more folks are getting the itch to get out on the water and maybe even purchase a dream lot or […]

Maybe 2023 will be a good, consistent year for Lake Keowee real estate. We’re not expecting a throwback to 2021 but a year like 2019 would be just fine, thank you very much. You know, good but not too good. It’d be nice to go through a season without the threat of catastrophic change every […]

Psych! We all thought it was already spring around Lake Keowee. Temperatures in the 70’s, flowers popping out, pollen in the air (and on everything else). Then, mother nature slapped our wrists with a 28-degree temperature on Keowee this morning. Brisk. Had to put my shorts away when Alexa told me today’s forecast. I blamed […]

Around Lake Keowee, folks are getting excited about the first pitch soon to be thrown as a new era of Clemson Baseball with Eric Bakich at the helm begins this Friday. The Tigers are still in pretty good shape on the hardwood as well, but still have some work to be done. Also, folks are […]

And you haven’t purchased your new Lake Keowee real estate yet (or listed it so you could purchase a more expensive piece). Face it, it’s a much better gift than 3 French Hens, 2 Turtledoves, or a Partridge in any tree whatsoever!

Remember last week when we suggested you purchase some Lake Keowee real estate for a loved one? Or even all of the loved ones in your life? Well, you didn’t do it. What’s the holdup? Inflation appears to be under control now. No reason not to move forward. We’re here for you, there is premium […]

Lake Keowee real estate always goes through an interesting period about this time of year. Folks are doing a lot of traveling, but not a lot of playing around on or around the lake so you get plenty of people looking for real estate that have a pretty good idea of what they want. The […]
